WhatsApp is now planning to charge yearly $ 0.99.

WhatsApp, an application that bring revolution in the chatting platforms, associated with your contact numbers it allows you to chat with your friends and family right from your hand-held device.

From past few months it is available with no cost and now the company is going to charge for its services yearly. Now this extremely popular cross-platform instant messaging application is charging you with very little annual fee, $0.99 which after conversion comes as mere 55-60 INR.

The key feature of the application is that it lets you talk to any of your friends having WhatsApp installed in their mobile phone irrespective of operating system or platform. Similar to BlackBerry Messenger, but available for everyone, even if you have different kinds of smart phones like Android, Symbian, Windows Phone, iPhone and many others.

The question arises that if an individual pays for one time and then he uninstall it from the cell phone, what happened to the subscription? The answer is that, the application registered on your cell phone numbers, hence when you again install it with the same mobile number you right back on your subscription.

I think, 50-60 INS per year is a small price that you have to pay against the superb services you get with WhatsApp Application.

Tell me what you think about this application and share your thoughts in the comments section.
